Shaun worked with Tony Gonzalez choreographing the movie Bring It On: All or Nothing. He collaborated on Kathy Smith's Project: YOU, where he incorporated his love of dance and his studies of fitness in the creation of those workouts.
In February 2007, Shaun created Hip Hop Abs®, a workout program specifically designed to target your abs. Hip Hop Abs quickly became America's #1 fitness program on TV. In 2008, Shaun released two new programs for young people: Shaun T's Fit Kids® Club, a workout series designed specifically for kids ages 7 and up, and Get Real With Shaun T for preteens. Also, in 2008, Shaun released Rockin' Body®, featuring calorie-burning cardio and full-body sculpting set to the hottest hits of all time. He has most recently released INSANITY—his most extreme fitness series yet—in July 2009.
Shaun can be found presenting at many fitness conventions around the world and making numerous television appearances, including CNN and The Ellen DeGeneres Show
