Before INSANITY I thought I was fit. I was in the Army for ten years. We did physical training every day, so I thought I was in great shape. I got out of the Army this year in June so I went home and I was eatin' that down-home cooking all summer. I wasn't working out consistently, so I put on about 20, 30 pounds. And I thought I was in pretty good shape. But looking at myself now, aw man, I'd run circles around that guy.
