Dear Beachbody,

I want to say thank you for creating extensive exercise programs that allow everyone, from beginner to advanced, to have in-home access to their own personal fitness regimen—as good as having a personal trainer at home!

I'm a 39-year-old married mother of two teenagers (ages 14 and 15). I worked outside the home as a receptionist-secretary and then analyst until I quit my job to stay at home with my kids on account of my husband's hectic traveling schedule.

I've been a sporadic home video exerciser for over five years now (and I spent years before that going to the gym, dreading every minute of it). With the assortment of Beachbody's workout videos, I have found the solution I was always looking for.

I was very chubby as a child and have always had to watch what and how much I eat. My metabolism was always sluggish until I started exercising regularly and intensely. After having two children 13 months apart, both by emergency C-section, I had an even harder time with weight gain, so now a clean diet and regular exercise has so be an integral part of my life if I want to remain healthy and keep my weight within the normal range.

Using Power 90 and P90X, I have attained my goals and more! I have been able to reach my goal weight, increase my energy level, and tone my muscles, and I have lost 27 pounds and over 20 inches since I started. I am looking forward to entering my forties with the most stamina and motivation I have ever had, so this will remain a lifetime commitment. The variety of programs Beachbody has to offer ensures that I will never become bored with my fitness program. Can't wait to see what you have in store for your customers when I'm 85! ;)

For years before I started working out, I always felt tired, and I just felt as if I were aging faster and faster. I wanted to turn back the hands on the clock, or at least slow them down a bit and get lean, so I decided to try the Beachbody programs and I have been very happy with the results. I dreaded turning age 30 more than I do 40—there is something about knowing you have the tools to become healthier, look better, and feel more energetic that allows you to look forward to the future. When I started working out, I would just commit 10 minutes weekly. If I could just exercise in increments, it felt much more doable. Modifications are always an option, and making those small changes allows you to make it a lifestyle change rather than trying to do too much at once and become frustrated.

I was involved in a car accident several years ago and injured my back, and working out enabled me to heal and go beyond my expectations of what I was physically able to do. By now I have surpassed that level and know that with exercise, your body will heal and become stronger and healthier. The Power 90 program has it all—aerobics, yoga, strength training, and abdominal routines—to condition your entire body. There is no guesswork involved, and visiting the Beachbody Message Boards and logging into WOWY motivates me to put in that DVD and Push Play!

To me, functional fitness is a very important aspect of working out. When I find a series of exercise programs that allows me to see improvement in the way I look and feel, and even helps me accomplish everyday activities, I am a happier person. Thank you, Beachbody, for helping me make exercise a habit that allows me to look and feel better at 39 than I ever thought possible!
