Dear Beachbody,

I'd like to start off by saying thank you. My main goal for starting Power 90 was to get ripped and have a 6-pack. I always wanted to feel comfortable taking off my shirt around people, and now I'm finally able to. I'm feeling confident and sexy these days!

I always tried to exercise, whether it was jogging or working out with weights, but I never really saw results. One morning I was just skipping through the TV channels and saw your infomercial. I have to say I was skeptical at first. I thought, okay, another "get the body you've always wanted in 10 days or less" hoax. The more I watched, I realized the success stories were not actors who work out for a living—they were ordinary people. I listened to what they said and I saw their results. I thought okay, maybe I can do this.

I wrote down the number, but I didn't call right away. It took me about a week or so to quit procrastinating. When Power 90 arrived, I was excited and nervous at the same time. I'm in sales and work 10 to 12 hours a day, and I really didn't know if I'd make it exercising six days a week, but I was willing to try. I'm glad I did. Although the first week was rough, I made it through. I adapted to the exercises and focused on the results I wanted.

After the first 30 days I didn't see much change and I was a little frustrated, but I figured I'd go the rest of the 90 days. I did, and I'm proud of myself for that. My weight dropped from 160 to 148 pounds. My waist went from 33 inches to 29 inches. My body fat went from 20.1% to 9%. Now my energy level is always up, and I feel great.

I just ordered Power Half Hour and then I'll move on to P90X. It's not easy but it's easy, if that makes sense? All you have to do is follow the program and the results will come.
