Ok, so being a total Turbo Jam addict, I had to get these too. I am so glad I did. I love that they are both 30 minutes only, I can do these before work! Booty Sculpt is a fun strength workout, the time flies. Cardio Party Remix is my new favorite routine. It is fun, quick, and intense, with two turbos! If you like Turbo Jam, you need to get these!

I highly recommend this to everyone! I am someone that just couldn't find the right work out, i hated to exercise plus I am a single parent of 3 with little time to plan a routine. Then thankfully I got my hands on Turbo Jam & was inspired. Within 6 months of using Turbo Jam I had a flight attendant ask me how I got my abs? The music is fun & Chalene keeps you energized while keeping your mind in the right place for the ultimate results. Love, Love, Love everything about Turbo Jam! After Turbo Jam, add Turbo Fire = absolutely amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by hollywood Great 30 min workouts
Turbo Live is one of my favorites. It has awesome music and 2 turbos back to back. It is a great 30 min workout and good for when you do not have a lot of time. Same with Booty Sculpt, it is fun and has great sculpting moves standing and on the floor. I would recommend both DVD's. They are a great addition to Turbo Jam!!

Rated 0 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer I love the booty sculpt video. I actually do it every day. It's so quick. I have found that I am so much stronger with my kicks for the regular Turbo Jam. It is hard in the beginning but if you just keep up every day. Only do what you can do as you can do it. You will really see and feel results. So worth the few minutes of time vested. Strength workouts totally help your cardio workout.
