I started T25 almost 4 weeks ago, I like it very much. I am also Weight watchers life time member for about a year so I always watch my eating to keep my WW goal. But I gained slightly more than a pound and also added about 5 cm at hips, waist, and tights.
I drink plenty water everyday and walk after lunch for about 30 minutes. But I don't give up and continue. I also used to do workout at home before with different work out DVDs. That would be great if somebody tells me why my pants are getting tight these days.

Really pushes you to the limit. The great results section is not complete due to the fact that I require a lot of training for me to get the shape that I desire, perhaps even MORE intense than this one. Hope Delta gets released soon!

I have been in fitness for the last 15 years and have tried from traditional weight training, running, spinning to cross fit. They all have been great, but the convenience of putting a DVD in and getting Your SWEAT On is BEYOND GREAT! I have tried insanity, asylum and now T25 Gamma. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the idea of cardio and strength together, In my opinion is complete program. Shaun T is the best and I will continue buying his programs, but I would love to see more STRENGTH training with weights or band. SHAUN T , I know your thing is more cardio, agility and balance but a weight training program using compound movements and dynamic stretching will be the cherry on top! My humble opinion....just saying

It is all a great product, its all great workouts and I have seen the transformation. I would love to find out when Delta is coming out.

I love this product. I started in 2009 with P90X and that was great. I wanted more aerobic capacity and bought Insanity which was amazing and hard on my old body. I am 57 years old now. I do these programs and then I fall off as I get bored. Now I am doing the Focus T25 and it has been the best of them all for time and less stress on my body. I am on the second round, just ordered the Core Speed DVD and I am looking to complete this round and go back to Insanity for a round of that.
I enjoy the Beach Body products because I end up flexible and strong.
Keep it up my friends and just push play!

I am in my mid-50's and wondered if I'd be able to do the workouts. The good news is: I can. Don't exactly "nail it" but I can make it through every one using Lady T's modified moves. I move a bit slower, given my age, but I can keep up. The more I stick with it, I build up strength, and can do the modified workouts very well after the first week or week and a half. Each new level is a little intimidating *at first* but I stuck with it and am very very satisfied. Hope Shaun is creating a Delta level workout. And keep us "old folks" in mind. We can keep up!

I have never been able to stick to a work out this consistently! I love the program and I'm about halfway through the Beta and now want to order Gamma. I love that there is a modifier and each day I use the modifications less and less. This is the best I have ever felt. Shawn T is awesome! He has a great motivational style.

I was able to drop 15lbs and am now packing on some serious muscle. I had l list a lot of weight before through running but after an injury where I could not run I starch putting on the pounds. T-25 is great because I can still work out even with a weak calf muscle. The only exercise DVD I avoided was the lower body focus due to my injury. Thanks Shawn T

I like the T25 work out I am 50 yrs old but I can go at my own pace and I think everyday I get better. I have not released any photo's yet. I am a little self conscious but maybe some day I will
