This is a great workout for beginners I am in week 4 of t 25 and I have lost 11 pounds already! I am 5 pounds from my pre pregnancy weight! And I don't plan on stopping there! This is the first work out I have been able to stick with and not give up. It's ONLY 25 minutes, u can do it!!

I have been doing hip hop abs for about a year. I am about to turn 50 and needed to step up my work out because every 50 year old woman knows our bodies start changing. Gain weight in midsection without eating etc... I have been doing this for 2 weeks. 4 times a week. It is tough but 25 minutes is a small price to pay for a good body. I gained 2lbs but my stomach is flat, my legs and arms are defined, and my butt looks great. There are two things I can't do yet but Tanya from the hip hop abs videos modifies every move. NO EXCUSES!
