I followed this program for 3 months and the results were wonderful. I lost inches and weight and toned my body to be in better shape.

I LOVE Chalene, and she is very motivating and fresh of face. Yet, the work outs require a lot of shoulder work (e.g. downward dog, upward dog, PiYo pike, etc), and I have an injured shoulder so I always had to modify. This work out is great for people who are just starting to work out, because it's a bit easy. I have been working out for years, and I take a lot of the ab and push up exercises to the gym with me because they were awesome; but about half of the work outs were too easy for me. But the ones I did do (e.g. Buns & Core), my back began to hurt from it. She tends to pause a lot between exercises, and that lost the momentum. So after I memorized the work out, I'd do the next exercise while she was still talking. I was a little bummed because I never saw results though, but I may not have had my diet aligned for all I know.
I'm a 25 year old, 160 pound female.
