For the same price of the cheap plastic ones you can get at the super market you're better off getting these. When I started P90X the first time I weighed 250. Not only did they save my wrists but they held up great. I've been using them almost every day for two years and they are just now starting to flex a little bit. My only complaint is that these may roll on you during some exercises in X3 which is why I am picking up some of the PowerStands. Great product!

Well I purchased these a week ago and assuming the assembly of a pair of push-up stands would be easier than almost anything, I'm having the hardest time with these. The screws are too long and doesn't match exactly to be screwed in all the way. Thinking I was shipped the wrong screws, I requested for the parts that I needed. So I just got the new parts in the mail. Guess what? I still got the same screws. I don't know why I'm having the most frustrating time assembling one of the most easiest things in this world... The shipment doesn't even come with installation instructions. This honestly seems like the easiest things to put together but I don't get what I'm doing wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lip24 wanted to buy the powerstands but are now made of plastic. I am on my second round of p90x and have worn out a set of push stands from the local sporting goods. These are well made, half the price of powerstands and provide a great work out.

I got these bars into my 3rd week of P90x and they helped out a lot. Before I had to stop during the middle of my push ups because my wrists started hurting, but with the bars I haven't had anymore wrist issues, and the extra range of motion helps out too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ram Good Bye Wrist Pain!
I had right hand wrist injury in the past. In phase-1 of P90X I did Chest training without Push up Stands and I compromised with the form and range of motion because of the wrist issue. So, I decided to try these out in Phase-2 and they work great. You can get full range of motion, proper form and no wrist pain. Moreover, they are wider on the bottom, so they are less likely to slip on floors. I highly recommend these if you do lot of push ups like in P90X.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FitCrazy Product is durable !!
I've used these over the P90X workout program, and its so comfortable to use on the wrists. Durable product; it can hold up a lot of weight. I recommend this to people if they have any wrist problems.
These stands give you a deeper push up and a greater range of motion! Great buy!

I was surprised at how well the Push Up Stands worked. An excellent addition to any workout requiring push ups.
