Rated 3 out of 5 by Itsalight I'm too tall for the bands
The resistance bands came in my starter T25 kit and I feel like i'm going to tear a back muscle trying to lift them over my head. Apparently they're not built for 6'2" tall women with wimpy girly arms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anne great bands but poor handles
One of my handles broke the first day but I only use one of the bands so I have an extra set of handles to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Will Difficult to use effectively
The bands are a good quality. The bands slid into the hands but when you work out you can push the band out by accident. If you want to switch between the bands you need to pause and switch. The thicker bands are difficult to get in while the thinner one slides out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HandleGuy Strong Bands, Handles WORK
The bands are very durable and perform their jobs well, but the major reason why I'm writing this review is to inform people that the handles WORK but there is a correct and incorrect way to use them. Put the band in the wrong way? Oh, I'll just pull the handle around so it works anyway right? Wrong. When putting the band in the handle, make sure the side that says "US PATENT" is facing towards your knuckles. If reversed, the band will slip out when tension is added, and potentially wipe out completely. This will probably cause you to get frustrated and write a bad review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carl High Quality and durable bands
I don't understand the negative comments regarding these bands. I have used them a little for pullups for P90X when my rotator cuff was bothering me. I also used them in two rounds of P90X2 without any issues what so ever. Just order extra handles so you don't have to swap them out. I first ordered bands online and they were real junk. Don't waste your time and money on others, these are quality bands.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Matthias Good bands, bad handles
The fact that they sell extra handles separately should tell you something. You're going to need them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by p90xgradd Too flimsy
I attempted to use these bands with p90x for the biceps workouts, and while they provided good resistance, they would snap if i pulled them too hard, thus whipping me in my own leg.
It was hard to do curls worrying whether or not you are about to get whipped by your own resistance band!
I spend the money on a dumbbell set, it was well worth the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by exerciser Resistance bands
The band itself is good quality but the handles are of poor design. The handles slide during use making some exercises difficult and fraying the nylon portion of the handles. I have only used these bands for a week and a half and already the nylon is fraying. These are not the same handles as represented in the P90x DVD;'s.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jono Good quality but set lacks resistance range.
The product is everything it says it is and I have no complaints about the quality. However, For someone who doesn't have weights I found that it doesn't have the lighter resistances needed for certain exercises in the P90X program. Even in the videos the band demonstrator is using a red colored band for a lighter resistance on certain exercises. They should swap out one of the blue or black bands for the lighter red one so that it comes with everything you need for P90X.

Rated 4 out of 5 by gw great bands, handles could be better
These bands are still far and away the best in the industry (which can be said for almost all their products)... but the handles only last about 180 days for me. I stocked up to compensate. I'm not certain how you could improve the handles, but I'd love to see them improved.
