How can I stop Beachbody® emails from going into my spam folder?

What are spoof/false emails?

Spoof or false emails are emails claiming to be from well-known companies. These emails try to get the recipient to hand over sensitive information, such as account, credit card, or bank details. These emails attempt to copy the appearance of a popular Web site or company to commit identity fraud. We will never ask for a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you do receive an email claiming to be from asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.

We will never, for any reason, ask you to send us the following information in an email:

  • Your bank account information, credit card number, PIN number, or credit card security code.
  • Your mother's maiden name or other information that could be used to identify you (such as your birth city or your favorite pet's name).
  • Your password.
  • Your password.

If you feel that you have received a spoof or abusive email from us, please email us at
