Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice variety I'm a 40 year old male with two arthritic knees. My prior training experience revolved exclusively around weightlifting and some aerobic activity; elliptical, running, etc. These workouts are fantastic. Been doing them for 3 weeks and I feel the results in my quads, triceps, shoulders and hamstrings. Great core workout. During first week, I am not ashamed to say that 5 minutes in, I would pause it to catch my breath or shake out my numb appendages! Several people complain that the workout changes too fast with little notice...my response to this is: a. the more you do it, the more familiar you become with the workouts and b. when i first started, i felt the same way so I would watch the workout in advance <without actually doing it> so I could be familiar and have a good idea of how and what to do. Sounds cheezy but it really makes them simple. I have an increased ROM in my legs and if you do have joint probs, wrap them up <lots of lunging and squats in some routines>. Like most things in life, you get out of it what you are willing to put into it. Great time saver and even my two teenage boys <wrestlers> are impressed with the workouts. PS, use your menu button to bypass the additional adds!!!

I cannot use this in my living room or bedroom as it states in the "what you'll need" section. I will probably be returning it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Workout I have been using TM trainer for 6 months I have lost 15 pounds and feel great. I workout 3 to 4 days a week. I do 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Thank you for a great product, It help me get back into shape. I work two jobs and I started doing only one workout at the being. Then I started doing more workouts. I hope Tony makes more 10 mintue workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Workout in 10 or More Minutes!!! I started this program over 2 weeks ago and am feeling results already. I'm a 37 year old mom of 3...my oldest is 19 and my baby is 3. I have been fit my whole adult life. However, after my 3rd baby I had a difficult time getting back in the swing of a regular program. A few years ago I completed a few cycles of Power 90 which absolutely transformed my athletic build into a well-defined tone build. Love, love, love Power 90 and Tony Horton. I tried P90x after my daughter was born and just wasn't strong enough to do pull ups, etc...Completed 2 rounds of Insanity, which kicked my butt!!!! That is another solid program. I've decided that 10 MT is a commitment I'm willing to make for now. I thought I'd do 10 min a day and YA RIGHT! I LOVE this workout so much I'm doing 30 plus min plus...ill be moving to accelerated results and will finish it out for 60 days, then...I'm COMPLETING P90X! This is a fabulous work out for anyone. Really...make adjustments if necessary, you will catch on and WILL catch up. Even trying is a workout. Tony explains that you don't HAVE TO use bands or go at their pace...so don't until you are ready. Just never get comfortable...as long as the workout is a little uncomfortable, it's working!!!! Tony Horton is the best!!!! Great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not logical I would have loved to use this workout since I need something I can fit in the short amount of time I have everyday. Problem is that your workout space has to have a door for you to use the resistance bands and the program is really worthless without being able to use them. Most people do their at home workouts in the living room and I don't know anyone who has a door in their living room. Usually the only rooms in a house closed off by doors are bedrooms and bathrooms and neither of the rooms have the extra space needed for a workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great DVD I first bought this DVD set after the birth of my 3rd child. I wasn't sure what to expect as I'm not a "workout" person. This DVD set was and is perfect for me I went from 160+ lbs to 125 and back to my pre-pregancy weight yet leaner then before. The workouts are easy and fast yet you see results. I have recommended this DVD set to many of my friends, I let someone borrow my old set so I am purchasing it again. Can't wait till it gets here so I can get back in shape after my 4th and final baby!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK I love the exercises with this program and recommend the exercises. However, the amount of graphics and self promotion is just overwhelming. Instead of working out, you find yourself scanning the videos to bypass other products they want to sell you. It's just annoying! If you plan on going from one ten minute exercise to another you have to stop and spend time fumbling around the menu and graphics to find the next suitable video.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful and quick I got 10 MT for Christmas because I am going to Hawaii over the summer and wanted to shape up. I'm only 13 years old and i play lacrosse so i am somewhat "fit" so Im not over weight, i wanted to get a good core and nice legs. I've been using it for only 5 days and have already seen results in my abs, they are more defined and my stomach is flatter! I'm trying to get rid of some of the fat out of my inner thighs, that is the hardest part. If you want specific places to target, I woud recomend NOT following the calender. I have been doing abs and lower body everyday with one other workout from the calender, either cardio or uper body. Over all, I have a good feeling that 10 MT will come through and help me alot! I 100% recomend this program to anyone looking to shape up and slim down. If you are more overweight then you may not see immediate results like I did in my abs but it will show over time and you will feel great and refreshed! I wish all of you luck when you try this program!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical and It Works! Using 10 MT, I lost 1-2 lbs per week and within 4 months, I had lost nearly 25 lbs. Now 10 months in, I'm down 30 lbs, at my target weight and keeping it off! My excuses: I'm a teacher ('nuff said, right?), I'm a volunteer with my church, and I don't want to lose time with my husband and family. All those things don't mean you have to sacrifice your health! Yes, I had to adjust my calorie intake, but I still made all my own food and didn't buy anything beyond the workout dvds and bands. I feel a million times better and I'm back to a size I haven't been since 10th grade, over 15 years ago. Go for it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Short with awesome results I have been using this workout for about 2weeks. I started noticing shrinkage in a bunch of different areas so I got curious about my weight. I lost 5lbs in 10 days. Yes I am dieting as well but compared to dieting alone it is amazing. I am pretty far overweight. These results give me the push I need to not give up. I have a goal of losing a lot of weight and I know I can do it with this video.

It's great to be able to work out from home and not fight traffic/hassle to get to the gym. Thanks to Tony I've lost 15 pounds and am feeling great! I have several workout DVD's and this one is by far the best - when you know that it only takes 10 minutes and you're going to be burning those calories, it really gets you motivated to plug in the DVD!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works. I'm a mother of 3, with a new born I just couldn't find the time to fit a normal fitness routine. With 10 Min. Trainer I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months, exercising 10 min 3 times per day and eating healthy. If I could do it you can too going for an extra 20 lbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buying on DVD - is the last century. ... I'm Russian, live in Singapore, work in China and Germany (on the projects). I run into the program by an accident, but when I was looking for a fitness program for "frequent travelers". it is great that one session is only 10 minutes - I can make one in the morning and 1-2 in the evening. I've being doing sports when I was young, but got married, too much office work, too much traveling... too much nice food, blood pressure went up... lost a kidney due to a cancer... After using the program for 1 week I feel that my muscles getting sore, but not too much that I quit the program. Probably in `1 month I will be doing 3x10 min in the evening! Now, why am I writing? I think at least for the last 5 years it is possible to buy software on-line, and many software companies were able to reach remote clients thanks to the internet, and decrease the cost of the licenses through this. I think your programs are great, and you need to try to provide it to people who live outside of the US and North America. I think there are many ways to protect your copyrights, and still share your programs with the rest of the world. Sincerely, Mikhail A.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ten Minute Trainer is perfect for my needs! My eight year old son and I have only been using Ten Minute Trainer for a week and a half and we are both seeing results. My sister said this is the first time she has seen my waistline since my C-section and two hernia surgeries. This is very exciting for me. I wasn't sure it was possible! My son has shown progress, too. He is a big and tall 8 year old, weighing in at 85 pounds. We did this workout together to keep him in shape in between baseball season and football season. He showed up for football, nimble and quick for a big guy. He's running better and faster than he ever has. After having two great practices, he jokingly said, "Thanks, Tony!"

Ordered 10 Minute trainer, both DVD's failed out of the box. The Beachbody work outs are great, but the quality of the DVD's is poor for what you pay.

So it has been 3 weeks and I am already getting ABS. I am so excited I have not been this fit ever in my life time, and that is just from 3 weeks on the workout program. You need to get this workout. It is awesome and works!!!

It's just 10 minutes, its hard to lose motivation when as soon as you start you are almost done! ;) I will admit I thought it would be a big joke and that I would end up sending it back but it totally blew me away! I just completed my first 30 days and I have lost a total of 11 inches, 1" off of each thigh, 1/2" off of each arm, 2.5" off of my hips, 2.5" off of my waist and 3" off of my chest! I did gain a few pounds so if your looking to use this strictly for wight loss you may want to skip it because this is more geared towards burning fat and building lean muscle! I will definitely be ordering the deluxe portion of this program soon!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for everyone I am in my fourth week of the Accelerated Results - three workouts a day. My results: no change. Not a pound, not an inch. Did I expect to get buff in four weeks, as advertised? No, I am not that naive. Did I expect some results? Yes. In this aspect, I am very disappointed with the workout experience. I am 51 years old and did not need to lose much weight, but was really looking to lose inches off my waist. The workouts are good, I sweat more than I did at the gym, but don't buy the program expecting unbelievable results. Production-wise, my quibbles are that Tony talks way too much, but I need to volume up to know when to switch positions; and often he moves too fast to get set in the next exercise. I have learned to stop the video frequently so I can get set before he's 20 seconds into the exercise. Three 10-minute videos takes in the neighborhood of 45 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tony puts together great workouts! I have had my TMT for a while, but only recently did I begin. I was running outdoors and I was going to the gym, but these workouts give you visible results in a week. I'm starting to notice my problem areas shrinking. I am doing the accelerated results (3 workouts a day) and my strength is improving. I don't follow the nutrition portion, because I already eat well. I love the fact that he talks throughout, reminding you that each workout is only 10 minutes. Since I am doing this on my own, the pep talks help a great deal. I do the workout first thing in the morning and head to work. If you go to the forums at the beachbody site, you can see for yourself the progress photos other people have posted. This is like a mini P90X. I love it.

As soon as I started the 10 minute trainer, results happened and much faster than what I was doing at the gym. I am hoping another "total body" program is made. By the way, I am a 55 year old man.

FIRST OF ALL THERE IS NO INSTRUCTION DVD TO EXPLAIN THE EXERCISES BEFORE YOU HAVE TO JUMP IN THE WATER COLD. YOU ARE A LOST SOUL FROM THE VERY BEGINNING IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT. YOU BECOME DISCOURAGED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T KEEP UP. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TRYING ONLY TAPE #1 I REALIZE THAT THIS WORKOUT IS TOO INTENSE AND MOVES TOO QUICKLY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO THE EXERCISES PROPERLY. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.

I have been stuck at 153 for so long I never thought I could get under 150 again. I love this workout because its short but I can totally feel the burn when I am done. I have told all my friends about it. It is well worth it for me. Short workouts make it so I put more into the time I have then if it was drawn out over a longer period of time! Love Love Love it!!

The entire setup is very cheesy, from the warmups where Tony is all smiles to the "workouts" where he ends up talking to the woman behind him the entire time. I think for the money, you could find better videos. By the way, the 3 free gifts includes an "Abs" workout. But all workouts (including the Abs) are distributed on 2 DVDs, so if you want to return the workout, you need to return the Abs workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great after p90x I did two rounds of p90x and was looking for something just as challenging but shorter, as I have a busy schedule. The results are amazing! Although I'm not exactly as toned as when I was doing P90x, I think I was able to maintain a lot of the results, and still feel toned and in good shape. I've been doing this workout since October of 2011, and love it. I do three 10-minute workouts every day. I wish Tony could come up with more 10 minute workout routines!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Busy College Student I'm a Junior in college and I have a busy schedule between classes, homework, and trying to have a social life. For the past two years, I would but gym memberships and just feel guilty if I didn't go. I was never in bad shape. I played sports all through high school so I'm pretty athletic. I've been doing 10 minute trainer for 5 days now and already just feel better about myself overall. Compared to the gym memberships I was paying for this is dirt cheap. I'd definitely recommend this program to any college student that doesn't have the time or money for the gym. The best part is, you get the same results as the gym but in 1/10th of the time and you don't even have to leave your room!
