How do I use my gift card?
Visit Beachbody.com. and read the eGift Card Terms and Conditions. Then browse the site and select the item you want, click the order button, and go to checkout as you normally would. When you check out, select eGift Card as your payment method. When prompted, enter the redemption code on your eGift Card and continue checking out.
I'm having trouble placing an order with my gift card. What should I do?
If you're placing an order and there aren't enough funds on your eGift Card, you'll be asked to add another form of payment to cover your balance. You'll be able to view each individual charge when you check out.
If you're having a problem using your eGift Card for any reason at all, you can also call our friendly Customer Service toll free at 1 (800) 997-5602.
Are there any restrictions for using an eGift card?
Yes. Please read the eGift Card Terms and Conditions for a full list of restrictions by clicking here. Among other restrictions, please note that if you purchase an eGift Card on Beachbody.com, you will not be allowed to make any purchases on TeamBeachbody.com.
What happens to the unused portion of my eGift card balance?
The balance remaining on your eGift Card will always be available for use on future purchases. There's no time limit to worry about—your Beachbody® eGift Card never expires.
What do I do if my eGift Card is lost or stolen?
If your eGift Card has been lost or stolen, try reprinting it (provided you bookmarked it in your browser) OR click on the link in the original email.
To report a lost or stolen gift card: Call toll free at 1 (800) 997-5602.
A replacement card may be issued, subject to the eGift Card Terms and Conditions.
How do I check my eGift Card balance?

BUYING A BEACHBODY® eGIFT CARD
How do I buy a Beachbody eGift Card
Visit the eGift Card page and read the eGift Card Terms and Conditions. Simply choose a design, personalize a message, and complete the delivery information. Then click "Add to Cart." You'll be prompted in the checkout to provide your payment information.
How quickly is my eGift Card delivered?
If the delivery date is the same day that you purchase your eGift Card, the eGift Card will generally arrive approximately 2 hours after being ordered. You can also specify an alternative delivery date up to 1 year in advance of the purchase date.
Note: For your eGift Card, the payment method you entered will be charged 1 to 2 days before your eGift Card is delivered if you schedule a future delivery date. We'll also send you an email to notify you when your eGift Card is actually delivered.
What does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date, your recipient is emailed the eGift Card you created—this includes the design you chose, your recipient's name, your personalized message, and the card's value and redemption code. Simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card are also included.
Can I print an eGift Card to give as a gift?
Yes. You can personalize the eGift Card for the recipient you choose, have it sent to yourself, and then print it. Just enter your own email address in the "Recipient email" field and check the "Send to me" box.
