ABOUT SHAUN T

Born Shaun Thompson, Shaun T made a name for himself as a track-and-field star at Rowan University, where he got a BS in Sports Science with a minor in Theater and Dance.

He's put both degrees to epic use, appearing on HBO's Six Feet Under, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CNN, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America, and The Doctors. He's worked with Nike, Boost Athletic Shoes, Radio Shack, and the LA Lakers.

In 2007, Shaun created the phenomenally successful Hip Hop Abs®, and followed that with another big hit, Rockin' Body®, in 2008. The same year, Shaun T's Fit Kids® Club and Get Real with Shaun T helped children across the nation get fit and combat obesity.

Then in 2009, Shaun T and Beachbody® launched INSANITY®, a 60-day workout renowned for being insanely challenging—and effective. Today, the INSANITY workout series continues to grow with the launch of INSANITY: THE ASYLUM®, the first in-home, sports-specific training program based on drills used by pro athletes.
