• How long before I should expect to see results?

  Many Derm Exclusive users see an immediate improvement in the appearance of their skin. Fill & Freeze Wrinkle Treatment is formulated to fill in lines and wrinkles immediately while powerful anti-aging ingredients go to work, helping improve skin's appearance over time. Other Derm Exclusive products take a bit more time to show results. However, when you make Derm Exclusive part of your daily skin care regimen, you will begin to notice an improvement in skin tone and texture and in the appearance of lines and wrinkles in as little as 14 days. With continued use, you're likely to experience dramatic changes in 4 to 6 weeks.

• Are Derm Exclusive products suitable for all skin types?

  Yes, Derm Exclusive products are suitable for all skin types. However, different skin types react differently to new products, and no matter how carefully the products have been formulated, some users may still experience irritation. Because Derm Exclusive products contain advanced and powerful anti-aging ingredients, your skin may need time to adjust to them. If you experience any irritation, we suggest you use the products less frequently, gradually increasing your product usage to twice per day. However, if irritation continues, discontinue use.

• I have sensitive skin. Can I use Derm Exclusive?

  Yes. However, we recommend that you start slowly. Derm Exclusive formulas contain powerful ingredients at high concentrations. We suggest that you begin your Derm Exclusive regimen with just a once-per-day application and gradually work up to twice per day after a week or two of use. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend that you test the products for a few days by dabbing a small amount of each product on your neck below your ear. If extreme redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use.

• Does Derm Exclusive test on animals?

  Absolutely not. Derm Exclusive products are never tested on animals.

• How are your products shipped?

  Your order will be shipped via FedEx (not available for PO Box addresses), and your delivery time will be about 3 to 5 business days.

  If you ordered with a PO Box as your shipping address, your order will be sent via USPS and take about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

  Canadian orders are currently shipped from our U.S. warehouse. A shipping consolidator transports your order from our warehouse to the Canadian border, where Canada Post takes it over and delivers it to your door. This delivery time can be a little longer, up to 3 weeks. Some Canadian shipments are also sent via a FedEx Ground method. If you ordered rush shipping in Canada, your order will be shipped by FedEx International.

• How can I pay for my order online?

  Orders may be placed using a major credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A debit card may also be used as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we don't process check orders online, but please call us toll free at 1 (866) 482-6401 Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT to place an order by check.

• Why am I charged a sales tax?

  Derm Exclusive is sold in all states, so we must charge a sales tax in every taxable state. This is a legal obligation, and we do not keep the sales tax—100% of it is passed on to the state in which you place your order and receive your shipment.

  Delaware, New Hampshire, Oregon, Montana, and U.S. territories are not taxed. Alaska does not have a state sales tax, but local taxes may apply.

  Additionally, because we are a company that offers products via a shipping service, our warehouse operation is taxed. Therefore, tax is charged both on the product cost and the shipping and handling cost. The tax applied to the product cost is refundable on returns. Canadian residents are charged a 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on the subtotal of their orders. This GST is refundable upon return of the order.
