After 4.5 months of dieting and using turbo jam (45 minute workout at least 4-5 days a week) sometimes adding on the ab workout I have not lost an ounce of even a millimeter from anywhere on my body. I am not sure if this workout just is not enough but something should have changed. I really did enjoy doing the workouts though and I did get my heart pounding like crazy and had fun.
Additional Programs: I am going to start Insanity
Pros: fun
Cons: Not effective, Did not meet expectations

I started Turbo Jam last year after it sat on my shelf for about 2 years prior....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!! The workout was hard at first because I did not know the steps involved, but after about a week it became very easy to do....I am not hundred percent but it is so much fun that it does not matter. Turbo Jam Rocks!!!!
Pros: Very effective, Met expectations, mindy and anarita are my idols!!!!!

Turbo jam helped me loose 10 pounds fast and i have more energy. I also love that the moves are not hard to learn

I have been doing turbo jam for about 6 weeks now. I LOVE it. I incorporate different workouts from the videos everyday. I have lost 33lbs and 3 jean sizes. I have knee and back problems and this program actually helps ease the pain. If I skip my workout any day I am stiff and sore. I find myself getting up earlier in the morning just to be sure I have time to do my workout. Chalene pumps up my day. It is so motivating to see her smile and hear her talk about AnnaRita's weight loss through the video. I am so thankful I came across this video. I have ALWAYS been overweight. I am determined I will not be anymore!
