I've been taking all 3 products for approx. 4 months now and I feel great. I also use Shakeology and exercise daily. For woman the Ca++ and Mag supplements is so ideal if you have constipation problems. The products do not bother my stomach and I definitely find I have more energy. I would highly recommend this product.
The only downside I found - is the pills are huge; but, that is to be expected with high quality pills.

I love these three products together as a package. I've been using them every day in addition to Shakeology for two weeks now, and I've definitely felt a difference in energy level.
The pills themselves are rather large, but not any bigger than other multivitamins. They have no taste, a slight "vitamin-y" odor, and are taken 2-3 times a day.
Having had acute gastritis for some time now, I can tell you my FAVORITE aspect of this product is that they don't cause stomach cramping. I've tried TONS of multivitamins, and each one would give me horrible stomach aches. These seem to be very gentle, even when taken with Shakeology instead of food.
I've recommended this to family and friends. Excellent product and exactly as described.
