I read many reviews before I finally decided to try this product. I've been working out and dieting but reached a plateau in my weight loss, so I needed something to help me get over my hump. Alright, so on day one I started the fast I weighed 217.8 lbs and truthfully it was hard not to eat because I love eating, but I pushed forward drank water with fresh lime juice squeezed in it and crushed ice between shakes, finally finished with day one. Day two I started off weighing 213.6 lbs, 4 pounds!!! Well I didn't expect that but was pleasantly surprised. Day two was alot easier for me to complete except I cut an orange and sucked the juice between my breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner shakes, but no hunger pains or cravings. Also I didn't do any P90X in these two days except for Ab ripper X. So after day two and the third day I weighed myself the next morning weighing in at 211.5 lbs total loss of 6.3 lbs. Pretty good for weight loss in two days, I feel good, lighter, tight, and refreshed

I wouldnt buy this product again only bc i dont think id be able to go two days without eating anything, i deff recomend that you keep yourself busy so you keep ur mind off it. i lost 1 pound i didnt buy it though to lose weight i bought it to clean out my body but it would have been nice to shed off 6 pounds.

Taste great, I actually finished the second can by adding a banana and making it my morning shake instead of losing the shipping cost to return. Three shakes for a total of 330 calories in a day. By morning day two I couldn't even concentrate to do my job. I could have used my regular protein powder and fast on that for two days and save on extra products and cost. I stuck to it though and still didnt lose any weight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CollegeWeightDropper I lost 3-4 pounds by the second day, but the day after that my weight went back up two pounds. The taste was pretty good, tasted like cold hot chocolate..but it was not very filling. I was hungry all the time, but it was bearable because i was drinking water. I actually felt better the second day than the first, which is not common i guess. But i think that is because my body responds well to repetition.

All I wanted was to kick start my weight loss before starting a weight-loss program. This did the trick. I lost 3 pounds in the first day and I only replaced one meal with the shake. The taste wasn't too bad just a little weird after-taste but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend or any one who is thinking of trying it. You have to understand that this is not going to be an easy walk in the park to lose weight. By dinner the first day I was really starting to feel the effects of not actually chewing on something of substance, but water will be your best friend. If you drink a lot of water inbetween each shake, it will make these two days much easier. The taste is ok, it's not the worst supplement shake I've ever tasted, but it is a bit watered down. But if you can push past it, I would say do it! I lost 5 pounds and several inches all over my body! I'm really happy with the results, and I may do it again someday!

I almost made it through the two days. I *may* have lost a couple pounds, but my weight fluctuates so much. I am a busy mommy of 3 kids, and I should have taken this into account. It's not easy being an attentive patient mom when I'm weak and dizzy and tired because I'm starving myself. I made it through the first day and was able to sleep through the night, but today I have just felt loopy and sick. I decided to sit down and eat a steak for my last meal. I must have needed it because I sure feel a lot better. I know those last few pounds will come off if I keep working out. Maybe taking drastic measures isn't the best fix, I just need to feel healthy and fit. I don't think starving myself is the answer.

I was unsure if this would work, especially after reading reviews. Thought that in order to lose 7 lbs in 2 days that I would have to be a minimum of 60 lbs. I did not have to be though, I lost 6 lbs. in 2 days. I followed eveything strictly until the last day- I had a small grilled chicken strip and some cooked corn, (I was getting pretty cranky) so imo that is good.
I would use this product again, and recommend it to anyone needing a jump start or to lose a few pounds.

I gained 10 pounds over the holidays and I felt horrible so I thought I would try this product. It wasn't easy as I am not one to skip a meal, however I made it through. I lost 6 lbs and I feel so much better and I am glad I did it!

I purchased the 2-day fast in the hopes that it would help me jumpstart a renewed weight loss effort. I certainly wasn't hoping for 7lb losses in two days, nor did I expect that I would keep off the weight I lost in two days (because that much permanent fat loss in two days simply isn't possible). So I went into it with measured expectations. Really, I wanted to a) shrink my stomach's food expectations, b) clear out whatever I was still digesting, and c) prove to myself that I could do it. As a binge eater, feeling out of control with food is my downfall. I figured having tight control might help me.
So that being said, I eagerly started the fast on a Tuesday. The shake tastes fine (I got chocolate), I've definitely had worse protein powders. But it's a similar kind of taste. By the 3rd shake on day 2 you get pretty tired of it, but it does taste fine. I blended mine with water and a few ice cubes. The thickness added by the ice helps a lot.
So, results: I went from 213.2 to 209.2 (as a 5'7 female). 4 lb in two days. I've weighed myself daily each day since to see what happened to my weight, and have been pleasantly surprised. Day after ending the fast (eating healthy/normally): 209.8. Day after that: 209.4. Day after that: 208.4. SO, while I did regain like a half a pound after the fast, I've already lost it (and more) two days later.
I should mention also that every afternoon I got the intense urge to actually eat something chewable, so I had a clementine and a few nuts. Didn't seem to hinder my progress at all.
Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience.
