I did P90X over a year ago and now train for road races and triathlons. I used the P90X Results and Recovery Drink while I was doing P90X, then began trying other recovery drinks when I moved on to road race and tri training. I've found others that are as effective, but none that tastes as good. I've found that this is also economical compared to the competition. I continue to purchase and use this to support recovery in all of my endurance training.

I looked forward to the recovery drink after every workout. With the introduction of the "new & improved" drink, I'll be looking for other options. The new drink doesn't come close to the flavor of the original. Beachbody...please bring back the original. There was nothing to improve on. Until then, I'll be looking for other options.

The original formula was great and I ordered it several times. The new product you call "new and improved" is not. Please bring back the old and better formula!

Give me a chance to choose the original, please! I loved the original and otten froze it over night, took it out of the freezer just when i start my workout and eat it when finished... My very own ice cream treat. The new and improved product has noticeable improvements for carbs and cholesterol, but not worth the sacrafice of taste. I am returning the new and improved and hoping to get my hands on the older version.

I absolutely LOVED this product before they changed it. When used with a hand blender (immersion blender) and very cold water as instructed (12 oz water, 2 scoops), it made a frothy delicious drink that I sooo looked forward to after a hard workout. And I believe it truly did help with reducing the muscle soreness, and helping me feel better almost immediately.
However, the "New and Improved" drink, certainly doesn't taste as smooth and as good as it once did. I heard that there were people complaining about the fructose in it, that it was bad for you. Fructose is found in fruit, a naturally occuring sugar; don't confuse this for high fructose corn syrup: not the same thing folks! So, the "new and improved" version has replaced fructose with stevia, a sweetener made from the stevia plant. Now, there is an awful aftertaste that wasn't there before, and the taste isn't as smooth and yummy as it was.
PLEASE, please, please consider offering both versions for people to choose from. The prior one with fructose and NO stevia, and the "new and improved" one with the stevia. I will choose the older one without stevia - much better and more satisfying. I won't buy anymore of the new one, don't like the taste anymore. Will just drink chocolate milk if I have to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by dorkster compared to other supplements out there, this is the only one that i look forward to after a workout. It makes you feel great after a hard workout and gives you the energy you need to do other things later on the day. Just put some ice with to make it extra cold, it'll be more enjoyable.

I love this stuff. If I don't drink it after my workout I am definitely sore the next day, but if taken in the 1st hour after working out it prevents all my muscle aches the next day allowing me to work out just as hard each and every day.

Love P90X, P90X+, One on One but this drink is Expensive! I like this drink, tasty, effective but I started purchasing Optimum Nutrition's 2:1:1 Recovery and I order if from Netrition for $30, $5 shipping for any size order, and one tub lasts well beyond 30 days. You also get a free item (t-shirt-shaker bottle-body fat caliper, etc..) for orders over $75. I would probably prefer P90X Results and Recovery because I can use it while working out and ON 2:1:1 is a shake but I will not pay that much monthly.
