But after my husband and I started P90X, we knew we needed something after the exhausting workouts, so we ordered the recovery drink. It really is as great as Tony Horton, says it is in all the videos. It's such a great and refreshing treat after the workouts, and I get a little boost of energy back after I drink it. Just a really great product and I recommend it to anyone trying P90X.

I have always struggled with work-out as I have always suffered from severe muscle pain afterwards to the point that I would dread the next workout. When I began using the recovery drink I was astonished NO MAJOR SORENESS. Now I can work-out without moaning and groaning when I climb into bed at night and the next morning. I highly recommend it. I will be a lifelong user and only wish I had discovered before now

I really look forward to it after my workouts, it's like my own little reward for pushing play. I believe it may even be responsible for my LACK OF SORENESS. It replinishes what you put out. Great stuff, kudos to the beachbody.

We all know the importance of Protein after a hard workout. Having used everything from Whey, to Liver to Ole fashioned steak and eggs, I can tell you that nothing compares to the P90X formula. Tony and the gang have really tricked out their mix. In these most important 60-minutes following the workout, trust me. The P90X formula is perfection.
