Before I started working out in general (July 2011), I was about 5'8" and 125lbs. I started P90X without any supplements, and although I saw some definition coming along, I wanted to see more weight gain. After some research as to what the right approach was to take, I then bought this supplement, and after about 2-3 months I started seeing AMAZING changes. In general, all my muscles were getting bigger at a faster rate. Now, this was also in combination with a diet (consisting of a surplus calorie intake made up of protein, dairy products, carbohydrates, and vitamins). As of now, I am about 5'9" (NOTE* DOES NOT EFFECT HEIGHT, THAT WAS NATURAL GROWTH) and 144lbs. My weight gain has not been fat, considering I have a 12% body-fat percentage. My substantial muscle mass gain is without a doubt thanks to the P90X exercise program, this muscle formula and a surplus calorie intake/diet. -Tastes good, light berry flavor. However, it's not like your results shoot through the roof in no time. I did P90X for about a month and a half solid - I have been out for about three weeks because of a back injury - but during the time I I was doing the program I took the supplement after all but maybe a handful of workouts and I wasn't really noticing any significant results. I'm sure they'll get here eventually, but don't expect this to work four times faster than creatine just because it's four times more absorbable - big misconception.
