"The P90x fitness guide says that these bars have up to 22 grams of protein, no more than 5 grams of fat and no more than 200 calories, all direct quotes. However, as seen in the ingredients page above, the bars actually have only 18 grams of protein but are laden with 6 grams of fat and a whopping 260 calories."
