By far the best meal replacement I've ever had. Recommend the chocolate flavor. It really helps to use this as a breakfast replacement. Add creatine powder for an extra bang for your buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by G~Girl I received this product quickly and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted as well as the website claimed. Not only does it taste great, it satisfies my hunger. I have already lost 5lbs in the last two weeks. I am a HUGE fan of beachbody products and workouts. Together I have lost over 50lbs!

I mix this with fat free yogurt and frozen fruit in the blender. Best smoothie ever!

I bought this because it was a better buy than the Lean Shake I was using . This has less calories and fills me up much better and lasts longer . I mix this with a scoop of whey protein and a little dry fat free milk . It is real thick and hard to mix and must use a lot of water but works great . I do not eat in the morning usually but sometimes drink this before exercising . I use this at lunch time mainly and do not eat anything except some carrots and pickles to snack on until dinner and not even hungry . very filling .

Quick & easy and tastes great! The best part is the perfect balance of carbs, protein, and fat to fit right in to my Zone diet. VERY tough to do! Even the "Zone" shakes have too many carbs!

DOES NOT MIX WELL AND TO THICK HAVE BEEN A WEIGHT LIFTER FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS IT WAS LIKE DRINKING MUD.

Love it with lo-cal almond milk... it's the best meal replacement shake i've ever had.... even my 13 year old daughter drinks it everyday for breakfast!

Rated 0 out of 5 by diane I like to blend the chocolate with a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder, low fat milk and ice for a high protein, nutritious lunch and I feel like I am drinking a rich chocolate milkshake that should be 1,000 more calories then it really is.
