It's a fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone who wants feel better and lose weight. Its tempting to eat when everyone is eating burgers around you, but don't. You'll love the results.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Linda I This product worked. I was not hungry at all and had no cravings for food. In 2 days I lost 6 pounds which for me is a miracle. I will definitely do this fast again. I used the chocolate and it tasted pretty good.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Susan G This was wonderful. I row lightweight and I had a weigh-in at the end of the week and I was 3lbs over. The chocolate was delicious and while I got hungry it was easy to push through. By the way, I lost 3.6lbs, by far the best fast I have ever done.

Rated 0 out of 5 i have been getting myself ready for p90x so i started with powe 90 first, i decided to try the 2 day fast formula combined with power 90 and i was very impressed, i felt lighter and so far in 3 weeks, with the 2 day fast and power 90, i have lost 13 pounds.

Rated 0 out of 5 by GEE GEE This is the Monday after completing the 2-day Fast and I feel fantastic. It was the easiest fast ever and I never felt hungry. I feel full of energy and feel lighter and healthier. I would encourage anyone to try if just for one day. It really can make a difference. By the way I lost 4 pounds in those 2 days.

Rated 0 out of 5 by L This made me feel horrible. I had a headache by the first night and had to eat by the second morning. I did lose two pounds on the first day, but my headache was so bad the entire second day that I had to leave work.

Rated 0 out of 5 I just finished the 2 day fast and I lost 9 lbs. I feel energized and lost my cravings for sweets. I felt good enough to start my exercise program and succeed in obtaining my weight loss goal.

Rated 0 out of 5 by AL I just finished P90X program wanted to try this product on my off week before beginning P90X again Great stuff taste good mixes well and no hunger pains Lost 5.5 1st day and 3 on day 2 I did add P90X recovery drink after workouts and found it seemed to help keep the energy level up during a moderate arerobic workout Thanks BB

Rated 0 out of 5 by michele my sister in law gave this to me to try, she knew i would not spend my money on this unless it worked, guess what - 6.4 pounds i lost. Day 1 i was hungry but pushed through it to give it an honset shot- Day 2, i was not that hungry, did not have energy for a brisk walk by evening but bed was soon around the corner so i pushed through it. today instead of a huge breakfast, i had .5 cup egg beater w. some FF cheese and salsa, my coffee w. soy and I AM FULL. shakes did mostly satisfy my hunger
