I was very pessimistic, because hardly anything actually works like they say they are going to. But this stuff actually does. I bought the chocolate, and it was actually pretty good, so it was easy drinking it three times a day. And I lost 9 lbs. The only hard thing, I did this fast on Saturday/Sunday, so being at home all weekend made me think about food, and I was having some cravings. But I did not cave. So if you are doing it on a weekend, find something to do to keep your mind off food. I did not get any headaches either, good stuff.

Just finished the 2-Day Fast Formula
Day-1 was hard not to eat, dealing with the smell of roast cooking on the stove. No headaches, pains, etc. Just very hard staying out the kitchen
Day-2 No pains, headaches, etc. Did not even feel like eating until later in the day. Did a light workout and felt great
Day-3 Treated myself to a small meal of that roast, with a side of corn and felt very full after a few bites
Did not weigh myself but I could feel that I am lighter

The two day fast is a great product that is easy to use. No hunger on day 1 and only on the morning of the third day (after the complete two days) did I feel the urge to eat. This was likely because I was anticipating it. The health benefits are numerous and this formula makes it safe and easy.

I was dreading starting my new diet/workout regimen because I felt like I had soooo far to go to get back into shape. My husband's coworker recommended this shake to me, and it was a really great way for me to kick off my program. Highly recommended -- also kind of a great way to get my chocolate fix, even while on a diet.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Joseph As hard as this was on Day 1, Day 2 was not as bad. No headaches or extreme pain, just a small urge for food that left with either the water, or Shake. In 2 Days, I lost 6.8 pounds. This stuff works.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Alice I wasn't sure if I could make it the entire two days but I did. I didn't particularly care for the taste of the vanilla shakes and will probably try the chocolate instead if I were to do it again. I followed the instructions to the letter and was slightly disappointed to only lose 2.5 lbs. I didn't expect miracles but I didn't see the 3-7 pounds as advertised either.
