I am so grateful I tried the Results and Recovery Formula! It actually works to reduce my muscle soreness substantially! I am a gymnast who came back to the sport after years of absence and was often extremely, excrutiatingly sore after workouts- until I got the R&R Formula! Seriously, try it! It's worth every penny!

This stuff is fantastic. I checked out the reviews first & was a little worried about what the taste might be like but felt it could be worth my time to just jump in & try it. Wonderful, yummy taste-like a weak orange juice. So yummy I wanted more.

Great post-workout shake. I have a degree in both exercise science and nutrition. This stuff is pure quality. It's exactly what you need after a taxing workout from p90x or my recent favorite, Insanity. Get it! Your ody will thank you.

I'm not sure how effective this is at reducing soreness (I haven't noticed a difference since using it). However, it has satisfied my cravings for nutrient replenishment after working out. And it tastes good. It's certainly the best supplement drink I've ever tasted with stevia. I'm glad I never tried the old formula, because I'm very pleased with the taste.

I am an avid weight lifter and I remembered yesterday that I had some of this mix left over from P90X last year. I did a very hard leg workout followed by 20 minutes of HIIT and was terrified of not being able to walk today. I drank the drink and first of all I was not even hungry for my dinner like I normally am starving and secondly...I have some tired muscles today but no where near the soreness i would normally have with a regular whey drink. Whoa!
