I almost made it through the two days. I *may* have lost a couple pounds, but my weight fluctuates so much. I am a busy mommy of 3 kids, and I should have taken this into account. It's not easy being an attentive patient mom when I'm weak and dizzy and tired because I'm starving myself. I made it through the first day and was able to sleep through the night, but today I have just felt loopy and sick. I decided to sit down and eat a steak for my last meal. I must have needed it because I sure feel a lot better. I know those last few pounds will come off if I keep working out. Maybe taking drastic measures isn't the best fix, I just need to feel healthy and fit. I don't think starving myself is the answer.

I was unsure if this would work, especially after reading reviews. Thought that in order to lose 7 lbs in 2 days that I would have to be a minimum of 60 lbs. I did not have to be though, I lost 6 lbs. in 2 days. I followed eveything strictly until the last day- I had a small grilled chicken strip and some cooked corn, (I was getting pretty cranky) so imo that is good.
I would use this product again, and recommend it to anyone needing a jump start or to lose a few pounds.

I gained 10 pounds over the holidays and I felt horrible so I thought I would try this product. It wasn't easy as I am not one to skip a meal, however I made it through. I lost 6 lbs and I feel so much better and I am glad I did it!

I purchased the 2-day fast in the hopes that it would help me jumpstart a renewed weight loss effort. I certainly wasn't hoping for 7lb losses in two days, nor did I expect that I would keep off the weight I lost in two days (because that much permanent fat loss in two days simply isn't possible). So I went into it with measured expectations. Really, I wanted to a) shrink my stomach's food expectations, b) clear out whatever I was still digesting, and c) prove to myself that I could do it. As a binge eater, feeling out of control with food is my downfall. I figured having tight control might help me.
So that being said, I eagerly started the fast on a Tuesday. The shake tastes fine (I got chocolate), I've definitely had worse protein powders. But it's a similar kind of taste. By the 3rd shake on day 2 you get pretty tired of it, but it does taste fine. I blended mine with water and a few ice cubes. The thickness added by the ice helps a lot.
So, results: I went from 213.2 to 209.2 (as a 5'7 female). 4 lb in two days. I've weighed myself daily each day since to see what happened to my weight, and have been pleasantly surprised. Day after ending the fast (eating healthy/normally): 209.8. Day after that: 209.4. Day after that: 208.4. SO, while I did regain like a half a pound after the fast, I've already lost it (and more) two days later.
I should mention also that every afternoon I got the intense urge to actually eat something chewable, so I had a clementine and a few nuts. Didn't seem to hinder my progress at all.
Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Although I only lost 2lbs and I think if I would have just used regular meal replacement I would have lost just as much. I do have a better outlook on my diet after using this 2 day fast formula. It seems I am more motivated and have less bad cravings and more healthy cravings. I didn't think it would work but it definately gave me a better outlook. It also tastes awesome, I used the chocolate and it honestly tasted similar to chocolate milk! Make sure you get it mixed up well though with no chunks. Definately would recommend this product!

I did this to lose some holiday lbs. I followed the directions and did some walking for exercise and lost 6lbs. My caffeine withdrawal headache lasted for the two days I was on the program, so I know my system was letting go of some toxins and water weight.
It tasted good and I also drank some herbal detox tea and a ton of water.
I recommend this as a jump start to for initial weight loss - especially after the holidays. If you can stick with it - it works!

Tried this over a 4 day weekend - sat - ate only the shakes and 1 apple - sunday - shakes and apple and a pear ....weighed myself the evening of the 2nd day - no change - I had mild headaches off and on and did take some aleive. I started at 114 and ended up at 114 - the 2nd day - you do spend some more time in the br ...sunday - I will say my cravings for some things have been better but again no wight loss.

Rated 3 out of 5 by LilBear I have yet to actually try it, even though I want to. Here are my thoughts on why this may or may not work for you (or me): weight loss is all about calorie deficits. Drinking these shakes will bring you in about 330 Cal per day. As an example, I'm a 5'4" 140# 25y/o female who works out 4-5 days of the week, fairly muscular but could stand to lose 10-15 lbs. If I were sedentary, I'd burn about 1600 Cal, but on active days I might burn 2100. It takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 true pound of fat (not water weight). So, if I did nothing but drank these shakes, I'd average only burning 2600 calories in 2 days (1300/day). Not even a pound! Basically what I'm reasoning at here is that the bigger you are with more weight to lose, it's probably going to be more effective for you vs someone like me looking to lose a few vanity pounds. Even if I exercised hard both days (not ideal while fasting) I might only lose a pound (3600 Cal burned).
Long story short, it's up to you to decide what you think you can get out of this fast. I might just save the money and clean up my diet.

I recently took the 2 day challenge of only drinking the chocolate shake. The flavor was amazing in my opinion, I blended my shakes with a few ice cubes for a thicker consistency. Day one was a breeze I was not hungry at all. When I woke up on day two I had a slight headache but nothing bad enough to break me down and eat food. The hardest part was probably the thought of not eating warm food the whole time. Overall I think this is a great product. After the program I had a weight loss of 6lbs.

The vanilla flavor tasted great! The texture was gritty and clumpy when I mixed it in a glass with water but it was amazing when I threw it in the blender with water and ice. I lost a little bit of weight, was never hungry and it dawned on me that I'd never realized how addicted to food I was. It kicked started a great diet/way of life change. I no longer eat because I'm bored or because there is food available even if I'm not hungry. I now eat when I'm hungry and don't when I'm not. Sounds simple enough but it's an amazingly hard habit to kick without something like this as to kick start the change in habit.
