Rated 4 out of 5 by LEA Great Taste I took this over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) best thing to do for fasting. I didn't see any differences in my belly. The taste was great. I lost only 2 lbs. I was hoping for more. I weight 143 lbs went to 141 lbs. I gained a little bit of energy. I used to sleep a lot everyday and now its less. I'm happy for that! :-) June 11, 2013

Disappointed by gaining 4 lbs but I recommed this product because I did the fast two weeks ago and I do still feel fuller quicker. Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenn Great Taste The Chocolate flavor is great. No chalky after taste or something you feel like you have to choke down quickly because it tastes awful. I could only do the fast for 1 day. I am a RN and a mother of a 4 year old and a 2 1/2 year old, so there is no resting for me at all no matter what day it is. By the end of day 1, I had a headache and felt better after eating an apple. I have been working out and watching my portion control for 4+weeks and could not drop any pounds. After only doing this fast for one day, I dropped 3 lbs. I hope have broken my plateau and boosted my metabolism. I will definitely do this again, but can only do it one day at a time. I have to say I was hungry, so on day 2 I added more water then the 8 oz. it suggests just so it would last a little bit longer. I chewed on gum, ( I think it was under 5 calories a stick) and chugged a lot of water to help me feel full. I woke up the day after I finished and I thought I would be run down, but I woke up with alot of energy and felt really good! I went straight into the shakeology product when I finished and have kept the weight off along with portion controled meals high in protein. April 3, 2013

I would totally recommend this product for people with a similar problem. I'm 5'2 and was 130 before and now I'm 128. I only lost 2 pounds. I was hoping for more, but is a good start and that's what I wanted. The first day was really hard for me, but the second was a breeze. The Chocolate flavor was awesome!! March 15, 2013
