Rated 0 out of 5 by Alice I wasn't sure if I could make it the entire two days but I did. I didn't particularly care for the taste of the vanilla shakes and will probably try the chocolate instead if I were to do it again. I followed the instructions to the letter and was slightly disappointed to only lose 2.5 lbs. I didn't expect miracles but I didn't see the 3-7 pounds as advertised either.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Misty R. Day 1 was kinda rough. Hungry every 4 hours, but the shake was filling. The next morning I felt great. No hunger or fatigue on Day 2. Day 3 I ate a healthy breakfast and felt AMAZING. The chocolate flavor was yummy too. Definitely recommend it.

Rated 0 out of 5 by amanda OMGthis product was amazing. i got it about two weeks ago and ive lost 16lbs. at first i didnt think that it would work but it did. i excersiced everyday for 45mins to a hour and that also hepled....... thank you soo much for the product. when i run out ill be sure to buy more.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Eric I couldn't believe that this procduct actually worked perfectly. I lost 4 pounds in the 2 days. It was a great start to my workout program. It's a fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone who wants feel better and lose weight. Its tempting to eat when everyone is eating burgers around you, but don't. You'll love the results.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Linda I This product worked. I was not hungry at all and had no cravings for food. In 2 days I lost 6 pounds which for me is a miracle. I will definitely do this fast again. I used the chocolate and it tasted pretty good.
