And I have enough energy to get me through until the next shake. So far, after the first full day, I've lost 4 lbs. Rated 0 out of 5 by Darla As a personal trainer for over 8 years until an unrelated injury. Although I enjoy these workouts, this product is nutritional inadequate and over priced. I suggest a whey protein powder that you can get at TJ's or other health food stores with enough servings to get you through 2 weeks that do not have sugar as the first ingredient, only trace amounts of it with more fiber that keeps you full and cleans you out naturally and vitamins and minerals that you need during a fast.
