To anyone who is considering starting the Power 90 program, my advice to you is not only to order the program, but to have it shipped Next Day Air to your house. In fact, stop reading, order the program, and come back. I'm not kidding! The only thing you have to lose is a body you're not happy with.

I started this program under the worst possible circumstances. My official start date was October 12, 2003. That's right—I decided to start a 90-day exercise program that would overlap Thanksgiving and Christmas. What the heck was I thinking? That's the time when most people add another notch to their belt. To make matters worse, I was just a few months out of a major injury that had snapped my left leg and required surgery, six screws, and a plate to put it back together again.

So, what made me decide to get serious and take control of my health? Well, believe it or not, it was the Power 90 show I happened to catch at about 2:00 AM while I was lying on the couch finishing off a bag of chips. I just couldn't change the channel. I kept seeing picture after picture of everyday people who had made tremendous gains in such a short time. I think what did it for me was the older gentleman doing the handstand on the dumbbells. Wow! That was it—I was hooked. The credit card was out, the program was ordered, and from that point on I was motivated to take control of my health and well-being.

In just 90 days, I lost 15 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. That may not sound like much, but my body fat went from 11. 7% to 8. 5%, and my resting heart rate dropped from 80 to 60 bpm. Most of all, I couldn't believe how great I started to feel. My energy level shot through the roof because I had gained control of my health. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tony.

This program will work for you. I thought I was in shape in 1993 when I completed basic training, but that was nothing compared to this. I really suspected that after recovering from a broken leg I would be limited in what I could and couldn't do, but that's simply not the case. Tony shows you alternative movements for everything, and constantly focuses on lifting with better form and using lighter weight rather than lifting with your ego and using weights that could get you hurt. The greatest thing about this program is that it doesn't waste a second of your time. In about 40 minutes, you're done.

I tell everyone I can about this program because it simply works. On day 90, I'm just as into the routine as on day 1. That's what's great about it. When things start to get a little easy, bump up the weight and it's like day 1 all over again.
