Here's my story.

I have lost weight, and gained weight, and lost weight, and gained more weight. In 1989 I went from an active job to a sales position. I ride in a truck, or am at my desk. In 1989 I started this job weighing 180lbs. In 1994 I had gotten up to 245 and lost 45 to get down to 200. This last year I got up to a whopping 264.5lbs.

I literally felt like a human slug. I loved the nighttime. I would drink five to six large cups of coffee a morning, and would start in on the Diet Pepsi's in the evening. I would watch TV until all hours of the night. I would usually get three to four hours of sleep. That's where Power 90 comes in. I was channel surfing one night and caught part of the Power 90 commercial. I looked again for it the next night, and watched it all the way through. Tony really caught my attention. The look on his face Day one is just how I felt. Over the next two weeks I watched the commercial over and over. I then recorded it so my wife could give me her thoughts on it. She didn't think Tony was even the same person. I told her I was thinking about ordering it. I know she thought it would be a big waste of money. She has seen me yo-yo over the years, and I really don't think she thought I would tough it out.

Well, I went ahead and ordered Power 90. I ordered the supplements to go with it. I thought if I'm going to give this a shot, I'm going to need all the help I can get. I got the package and planned on starting on a Monday. I did the Fast Start, so that pushed my day one back to a Wednesday. I lost 5 lbs. on the Fast Start.

Like I said I am a night person, so I planned on doing the workouts at night. After reading the information, I decided to get up early on Wednesday, take my supplements, and start the program. Well, after the first day, I had my doubts, I could only do two to three pushups, and the squats killed me. I then went to the Cardio Abs the next day. Power Yoga was a killer and I really knew I was in for an adventure.

I bought a notebook, and started keeping track of my daily weight loss, and how my progress was going in each daily workout. I would also document everything I ate each day.

To make a long story shorter, at the end of the first 30 days, I had lost 19lbs. I started phase 3 and 4 for the rest of the 60 days. My first day of phase 3 and 4, I felt like I was starting all over again. But, everyday, I could tell small improvements were taking place. At the end of day 60 I had lost another 18.5lbs., for a 60-day total of 37.5lbs lost. I was feeling pretty good. I was starting to get some nice complements, and getting some definition in my chest, arms and legs.

I can't say enough about the supplements. I didn't go through near as much pain as I thought I would. I also wasn't hungry like I thought I would be. I dropped the coffee and Diet Pepsi's for a thirst of water I have never had before. I drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.

Now comes the last 30 days of Power 90. I really wanted to get over a 50lbs. loss, for the 90 days. So I hit it hard. I did get a little restless the last week, but at the end of the 90 days, I weighed 211.5 for a 53lbs. loss. I have lost over 26". I lost 11" around my stomach, 7.5" around my waist, and 8" around my hips. I may not have lost on my thighs and arms, but they are definatly more defined and I am much stronger. Getting back to day one and two to three pushups, I can now do over 40 without stopping. Power 90 works!

I may not have that Beachbody yet, but I am not a Slug anymore. I get eight to nine hours of sleep each night, and I feel great. I have started my second go around with Power 90, and hope to get down to 180 in the next 90 days. I will do it. This is a great program, and anyone who doesn't think they have it in them needs to try Power 90. It's the best money I have ever spent on myself.
