Your video has helped me a lot. I used to weigh 220lbs and wore 38's almost going into 40's. I have lost 55lbs and have dropped three pant sizes, in just three months. I am now weighing 165lbs and wearing 32's. Now I can't wait to go back to school and show my friends how much I have changed. I have more strength, muscle, and stamina than I ever had in my life. I can lift more, run more, and swim faster. In other words, I have more energy in me. I am really happy with myself for doing this well so far. I'm going to try to get my friends, family, and relatives on this video. Because when they finally saw my results, they wanted to know how I did it, so I simply just said Power 90. I recently just got the Great Abs video, and just started it. I really hope that other people get to read my story so they can try it.
