With my third pregnancy, I gained a total of 52 pounds. I was doubtful tht I would EVER fit back into a size 1/2. However, I was determined to lose my pregnancy weight and get my body back into the best shape I can.

Right after my six-week postpartum checkup, that day to be exact, I began walking on the treadmill 2 miles a day. Gradually I added in Kickboxing and it wasn't too long before I was doing Pilates too. By three months, I was working out 1 1/2 hours a day, 6 days a week.

After six long, hard months, I had lost a total of 39 pounds. I sure was proud of myself but I wasn't content, I still had a few more pounds to go. At around seven months, my body had hit a plateau and I stopped losing weight. Four weeks passed by and I hadn't lost a thing. I was discouraged but I wasn't giving up! I knew that with the treadmill, kickboxing and Pilates, I couldn't possible fit anything else into my schedule so I decided that both my body and mind needed a change.

It just so happened that one morning while I was walking on the treadmill, I happened to be flipping through the channels when I spotted the infomercial for Slim in 6. It really caught my eyes - I was certain that in 6 weeks I could lose those last 5, stubborn pounds.

I ordered the Slim in 6 program and began with a two day Fast Start. I began the first few days with Start It Up. By day 7, I felt comfortable moving up to Ramp It Up and on day 15, I began Burn It Up and continued at this level throughout the program. Also, 7 days a week I did Slim and Limber and Slim and 6 Pack on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

I honestly have to say that I didn't miss a day. I followed this program FAITHFULLY, I gave it 100%! Over the last six weeks, 6 AM, Monday through Saturday, there I was in front of the TV sweating it out. I ate very healthy, three quarters of my diet came from the top three tiers in Michi's Ladder. I ate breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks every day - I never missed a meal! I drank plenty of water, got good rest and most importantly, listened to my body.

Having finished Slim in 6, I can happily say that I have reached my goal. Not only have I lost those last 5, stubborn pounds, I'm also comfortably wearing a size 1/2 now. That's the same size I wore before I had any of my children! More importantly, I have gained strength, energy, and confidence with Slim in 6.

I knew in my mind, before I even started this program that Slim in 6 would give me the results I wanted because I believed in the program. Moreover, I am ever so certain that I achieved my goal because I believed in myself. Thank you Debbie Siebers and thank you Beachbody for helping me reach my goal. I feel better than ever!
