At 53 years of age, I am only 87% of the man I was 90 days ago. Over the last 90 days my weight has dropped from 181 pounds to 158 pounds, a total of 23 pounds. I am leaner and fitter than I have been in 30 years. In fact, I have not been in such good shape since the military.
