I did P90X 90 day program about 6 times and was ready for a change. I love this new program. I am on my 3rd week of that last phase. Finally showing results again. The only problem that I have at this point is that there are no workout sheets for phase 3. If the team would create some that would be greatly appreciated. I plan on doing this last phase for a couple of more weeks and then start over. I'm a big fan of it. Oh, and the foam roller.......LOVE IT!

The Average Guy 5'9 233 lbs ! Didnt complete ONE SET was off balance and nausea PUSHING THOUGH DAY 1 onto DAY 2 tomorrow.WILL NOT STOP TILL THE END!

so it was the first day in new england that was over 50 degrees so i went golfing. for the first time i could se p90x2 paying off in the real world (started january 1st). im not the greatest golfer but im better than most and i can hold my own. i was totally shocked! my first iron shot was a 6 iron and hit it 180 yards. i thought i just got a good hit on it, but no. every single one of my clubs went up 20-30 yards. after that i hit my hybrid, usually my 200 yard club, but i hit it about 235. i couldnt belive it. i have a golf gps that tells me how far my shots are so i know its accurate. it must be all the core training we have been doing. im super pumped right now. i also noticed how much more i was balanced with my shots. wasnt falling over, following through with all my shots. you guys can see me on the PGA tour in a couple weeks haha!!

I never thought that videos could get me in shape and boy was I wrong! We did P90x first and loved it then I had to buy P90x2. This is simply the best workout program around! I love the mix it brings each day. Bring it!

I am in phase 3 of p90x2 and honestly I NEVER thought I would look this good. I am a mother of 3 and after the birth of our 3rd child I was up to 199 pounds! I did p90x for one full year and lost 60 pounds!!!! So far on p90x2 I have lost a total of 6 pounds and 6 more inches I weigh the same as I did when I was 19!!!! I love it! I think I may just fit into a bikini this summer! Best money I ve ever spent(:

P90X is the best workout dvd Ive ever purchased. Its time consuming so put some time away for these workouts. I have had great results with them and plan on useing them all the time.

I love P90X and have been doing it for past 3 years off and on. I've completed 2 full rounds and have mixed it into Insanity and my Marathon traing. I was really excited to get P90X2 just to see if it stacked up.
I'm writing this review a little premature because I'm only on day 51 but I've already gone from 191 to 181. My Balance is the best it's ever been and my Core is very strong. I've never been able to do a Crane pose but after 40 days of X2, I nailed it!
I really think X2 is the workout for me. I don't want to take anything away from the original but I may never go back. I love all the core work with the Stability and Medicine Balls. The push ups/pull ups in this program are challenging and give you a lot of goals to shoot for.
I'm very glad to have purchased P90X2 and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work on their core and balance.

I have completed three rounds of P90X before I started P90X2. I am in my final recovery week and will be completed with P90X2 on 3-4-12. I got great results, 13 pounds lost, 2.5 percentage points of body fat lost, huge improvement in my core and joints, specifically my hips and knees. This program helped me get all of the smaller muscles and ligaments in line with the rest of my body. I am ready to start another round of a P90X/Insanity hybrid and can't wait to see how much better I can do. This is a great program and recommend it to people that have already completed a round of P90X.
