What You Need:
Dumbbell Weights: A major portion of P90X calls for weight resistance exercises to build strength and muscle. Depending on your fitness level, you will need a variety of dumbbells ranging in weight from 5 to 70 pounds. Or you can substitute resistance bands for weights. Beachbody® offers bands with ergonomic handles for maximum comfort during even the most intense movements.
Chin-Up Bar: In addition, Beachbody has designed a special pull-up/chin-up bar with 12 unique grip positions that fits securely in most doorways—and you can remove it within seconds after each workout.
Consult your physician and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program.
