"Turbo-Jam what can you say its a great workout for anyone i do home health care and my client was 50 pounds over weight i poped this video in over two years ago we both have seen results that werent visible from other workouts I love Chalene and the others they are apart of my daily regimin i look forward to the workouts and i have fun doing it if i don't i feel like something is missing that day my daughter also is doing TJ and loves it shes 6 thank you TJ team for helping me and the other pepl"

"I am 49 yr old, 35 lbs overweight and just quit smoking this year, something I did since I was 16. My friend brought your dvd to my house two weeks ago and I have been doing your workout everyday and loving it. I didn't think any workout would appeal to me, alot of it is the music. I am going to get more people interested and have started a club where we watch what we eat and do your workout. I still can't believe I like it so much, I guess I should buy my own. Thanks again."
