I figured why not get Tony and the Kids because I've got two nephews. This DVD is awesome. It's definitely kid-friendly and effective. I'm doing P90X right now, and Tony can be pretty goofy with adults, so he fits right in with the kids. What I like most about Tony's approach is that it's real--it's simply him, working out with a bunch of kids who are having fun while exercising. Great addition to our exercise DVDs.
