This is a awesome workout for my future "bikini abs". The music is Hip Hop at its best, I actually recognize the music beats. I'm sweating like crazy while dancing, Being a graduate of Insanity, I enjoy Hip Hop Abs Extreme the best because I don't feel like I am beating my body up! Wish it was advertised more, found it by accident online...

This is definitely a level 3 HHA. I have a long way to go in my fitness but I was able to complete the Extreme Cardio with a 5m break halfway through. It isn't too hard to keep going, just as with all Shaun T's workouts you do what you can and keep going and break when you have to. There isn't anything I don't love about HHA! And this is a challenge!! Thank you Shaun T for HHA!!

Absolutely loved every minute of this workout. Not one minute was wasted with down time and it is a total sweat fest and your core is truly getting worked and even some arm work is included. The time flew by, because there was no dread factor at all and the music was good, too. This should be more widely advertised, because I just happened to come across this one when I was online. Loved it and hope that Shaun T makes more with this intensity. This is definitely a segue into Insanity. Thanks, Shaun T :)

HHA Extreme is a great workout for intermediate to advanced exercisers. I've completed Insanity and Asylum and this HHA workout does not disappoint. You'll be sweating like an Insanity/Asylum workout but it does not have as much of the high impact moves, which is a plus!
