Turbofire is fun and very effective. I hated working out until I bought turbofire. If you love to dance, this workout is perfect for you. There's no workout like turbo jam or turbofire out there. The music, the beat, the choreography kept me going and motivated. Charlene is the best coach I have ever seen, she's energized, and her team is very talented. If you buy those DVDs and stay consistent in following the schedule, you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much CHARLENE for creating those amazing workout programs. I would recommend this workout to anyone whom can follow a dance routine. If you wanna lose weight, and have fun staying is shape, TURBOJAM AND TURBOFIRE IS THE BEST ONE FOR YOU.

if you don't have alot of time but want to up your metabolism all day then this would be great for you..... 20 min hiit is a killer! and the ab workout is a great way to keep abs in great shape.

I didn't think the abs were harder than p90x as acclaimed.
Personally I feel chalene could give a lot more than her 15-20 minute workout days.
If you're a beginner you might like this dvd but workout dvd junkies like myself - I found this one too short, like much of turbofire.
This wasn't the best of the best....for me personally, it seemed like it was put together as a rush money maker.
Sorry! I love Chalene but I have to be honest!

I adore Chalene, both her Turbo Jam and more recently, the Turbofire series. However, having done all those workouts about a thousand times, I was poking around the website for more and found this Turbofire extra DVD. It's supposed to be a remix of the "best" of the Fire Drills, and I was anticipating something similar to the 30-minute HIITS CD in the original set. First of all, the Fire Drills wokrout only lasts 17 minutes before it stops for a cooldown. And the HIIT's chosen were NOT the best. Rather, they were more like the easiest, including a couple of mere 30-second Drills from the very first DVD in the Turbofire set. I had been hoping the 10-minute Ab Igniter would be relatively active, trying in vain to keep my heartrate up a bit longer, but no, it's plain old floor and band work. And the stretch is just a 10-minute cooldown. You'd do better to just wait until Chalene puts out a new workout set.
