I wish they'd taken the time to improve the audio to the standards of the other discs. It is very hard to hear Shaun T one this one (although he swears a few times)

OMG! Insanity is the perfect name for this workout. I am 22 and 205 lbs. This is my 4th day and I am so sore, but full of energy! I am following the diet, not exactly, but pretty close. On the first day I couldn't even do one push up... but 3 days later i can. WOW! There are times that I want to cry and hide but then i just hear Shaun T say dig deeper and push... I go for it. This is an extreme intense workout but it goes by rather quickly and you will love the way you feel as soon as you start the cool down... Through the workout however, you will like your heart is about to pop out your chest (in the best way possible). The only recommendation i have is for any one who is not in shape or a beginner, stretch before and maybe do some moving stretches to get warmed up before the warm up because that is insane itself. However I have already noticed I can do more before needing to break! Just push play everyday and push yourself! DIG DEEP!

I received and completed my first day of Insanity Fast and Furious and I loved it. I chose this program because of my work schedule and the 20 minute concept worked great for me.
I would recommend this workout before doing the Full Insanity if you are on the fence. Get it and you will be happy.
I get bad cramps in my feet while exercising so it took me 40 minutes to get through the program because I had to take breaks. I paused the program when I had to break but made it through completely.
Its a great program and anyone can get through it. Sean T keeps it fun and encourages you to take breaks when needed. Well worth the investment. Go For It!!!!!!! Don't wait!!!!!!

In only 3 short days I am already noticing results! I love the fact that it is only 20 minutes a day so I can never use the excuse of not having enough time, I also love that there is no extra equipment needed and all workouts use nothing but your own body. Definitly worth the money it's a great workout!!

My fiancee and i are on our 8th day tonight, Im loving every minute of it.
I sweat puddles every dvd. Ive noticed a slight change in the definition around my abs already. cant wait to finish the series and get my shirt.

I am a 51 soon to be 52 year old man living in London. I got your Insanity work out and OMG, it is one of the hardest work outs I have ever tried, I have been doing it now for three weeks,I cant see any difference yet but my partner says they can see it. How ever I feel more alive and getting very flexible, I will carry on this programme until the 60 days are up, then I shall come back and tell you all the truth. So see you in 32 days.

Just started the workout and day 1 I was 5 mins into it and about to pass out. This workout is no joke and you def hit every spot in your body during this workout. In 2 months def will write a full review on my results. Be Blessed you guys

Great workout, amazing results! If you want to get fit and are willing to work hard to do it 60 days will transform you!!! I am on my third month and the great thing about this workout is the better shape you get in the harder you work and the results keep coming. Thank you Shaun T and thanks Beachbody! I gained 40lbs because of a thyroid problem and this helped me shed them quick! Recommended!!!!

I have been doing Insanity for 4 months and I love the intensity. When I saw this 20 minute workout, I was intrigued. Could I get my heart rate up and burn the same amount of calories per minute as I do with a normal insanity workout?
Well I did it this morning ( luckily because I got up late anyway and didn't really have time to do a full Insanity workout) and it was awesome and true to the Insanity products. Intense and fast paced.
I actually felt the way I did during my very first insantiy workout. I was shocked, since I am accustomed to the Insanity intensity.
This is a great addition to my collection and the shortness means I can do this over lunch in the gym, when I am short on time, or when I just want to hit another workout.
One other feature that I like is that its all of the exercises that dont use a lot of space ( I love the lateral movement exercises in some of the insanity workouts but to be fully effective, we work out in the a gym).. this is great for a bedroom or living room without the need to move furniture.
