Rated 5 out of 5 by Handy, useful and compact I love this little book. I got mine with my TurboFire program and am doing a TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid program. This book is fantastic for keeping track of each day's food and exercise. There is space for each meal plus two snacks, which helps me remember to fuel my body throughout the day. There's also glasses of water to check off to remind you to drink more. There is nutritional info in the back for so many foods. There is a place to put your stats/measurements as you go through the program, each month or so. Even a place to put before and after photos. The book is small and well-made. It is spiral-bound and has a little elastic band to keep it closed. I can carry it in my purse. It's a little thick, but worth all the info inside. It's also full of useful tips! June 24, 2012

The Turbo Tracker that came with my Turbo Fire system is by far the best out of them all! I like the tabbed sections, the food references in the back and that there's even a place for my before, during and after stats! It easily fits in my bag and I take it with me everywhere I go...and knowing that I have to track the calories, I know exactly where I'm at throughout the day. It helps keep you accountable as to what your eating. It has 12 weeks of entries plus the 5 Day Inferno and help you plan out your calories for the week. I just recommended it to a friend who chooses not to workout at home but is having trouble keeping with her diet. It is WORTH the money if you use it! You track what you've eaten and add up the calories. It has quotes to help push you through the day. It also has a workout page to add your daily workouts in.
