Rated 5 out of 5 by A must have! I asked my family for RumbleRoller as a fathers day gift. On the first few days of using it, they couldn't figure out why I was so thankful, even though I looked so miserable using it. Like Tony says in p90x 2, in a few days, the tight areas were starting to feel less painful. I still cannot believe how powerful this low cost device is. If you exercise, this is a wise long term investment to aid with recovery and help see better progress. June 30, 2012

If you use the roller as a snuggle buddy you will find new muscles you had not thought existed! I love this thing and thank the beachbody team for introducing me to it. Kudos! May 10, 2012

Its tough to get use to the first couple of times but after 2 or 3 Recovery and Mobility workouts you will love it. That first back crack is priceless.... February 1, 2012
