Rated 1 out of 5 by Julie Lama broke 1st time use
My band broke the 1st time I used it. I had purchased Brazilian Butt Lift a few years ago and finally pressed play recently. There was no replacement band from Beach Body despite the band ripping on the manufactured seam because it was purchased in 2010. Hope the new band holds up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michele I used my bootie band about a year and a half before it snapped. But that's okay. It totally works. More than happy to buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Da513 Bands
I am ordering my second band now. After 1 yr and a half my band snapped today. I have never had any issues with it snapping before and I do the bblift 4 week program every other month. I did notice it was getting dirty recently but that's the only real issue after using it for so long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JVT Snapped During 2nd Use
During the "High & Tight" Brazil Butt Lift exercise where one leg is planted on the floor and the other is pushing backwards, the band suddenly snapped. I was surprised, because the band was not stretched very far. I don't know if I can get the same workout without the band, but I am hesitant to spend money a second time if it is only going to snap again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BBL tore after 3 uses
The beginner yellow band ripped after 3 uses. Even before it ripped, it rolled up in to a thin tube shape and roll up and down thigh/leg as I tried to exercise. I had to keep stopping to make it flat again to do the exercises....very annoying. The Brazil Butt Lift dvd has exercises that require you to put the loop band under your tennis shoes, so this caused more wear and tear, I'm sure. Still, 3 uses......really???

Rated 2 out of 5 by abc123 I've snapped two so far.
I've had two from Beachbody that have snapped so far. Not meant to last long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by joc2804 Pretty good if you follow instructions.
These bands are getting such bad reviews, but I've been using them with the Brazil Butt Lift DVDS for about three years now and I'm only on my second band. The first one lasted about a year before it started to tear, and the second lasted a little longer. It has since torn but I just tied it in a knot and kept using it.
After a few workouts it does being to roll up while using it, probably due to sweat, but if you actually read the instructions that come with them and dust them with baby powder every so often you don't have that problem.
These aren't the highest quality exercise bands you can buy, but look at the price. I think they are pretty decent for what you are paying.

I have had multiple bands break! Go find another product that will hold up. Don't wast your money, look at the reviews!

Rated 3 out of 5 by njarmstrong81 Lasted as long as the program
Other reviews stated these bands broke almost instantly. Sort of true I guess. They last the full 2 month Asylum hybrid program seeing two users. All 3 (red, green, yellow) broke today, all during Vertical Plyo. This is week 3, of the second round.... so they lasted 12 weeks total.
They are cheap, and I ordered a replacement set today. Just don't expect them to last as long as other leg bands on the market. There are better options, but none as cheap.
