gloves move around to much during work out. do to weight being all in one area.

I would not recommend these gloves to anyone. I love the idea, but they do not hold up. They are difficult to clean and are not durable. After only using them about a dozen times and cleaning them once, the sand started coming out of the gloves during my workouts. Ick. This of course was reducing the weight of the gloves too. The ones Chalene wears in the Turbo Jam video look a lot different... I wonder where I can find those!??

Gloves are used by all the guys in the work outs. The sales commercial even promotes that the gloves were part of the workout package. It was dissappointing not to be able use the gloves because they were too small.

You can put the gloves on the top rack of the dish washer then dry them in the sun or in the clothes dryer if you have a rack. This works really well. Otherwise, hand washing works too. My only complait is that the velcro on one of the gloves doesn't stick anymore. I have to use a rubber band around the glove. I wish they had another style, I'd buy them.

and they company does not stand behind the product. wore them 2x a week for about 2 months. Do NOT recommend

I use them for kickboxing workouts, a lot. However, it's next to impossible to keep them clean. I've tried everything and I can't get them to ever be clean. If you never sweat while you work out then these are for you, but if you're normal, get something where the weights are removable for easy cleaning.

These gloves are amazing! I have been using them for over 3 years now and they are still in great shape! I would recommend this product to anyone who needs an extra kick in their workout routine. All I do to clean them is I use a wet hot rag and wipe them off and then let them air dry over night. These are not for people with big hands though. I recommend these for women only.

I am not very tall but I am large boned and the velcro does not go all the way around my wrists, so it cuts into my hands while I work out. I would not recommend them. Also, they are not the ones actually worn in the Turbo Jam videos, at least for the most part, so I would have rather gotten some of the ones they are wearing that fit more like a glove and avoid the velcro.

Rated 0 out of 5 by asha I love the feel and weight of the gloves but I must agree they are badly sewn. The sand was mixing all over my skin after many attempts to keep them closed.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Ashlee The weighted gloves have helped me a lot... totally enhanced my workout. I am terrified to wash them in case they break apart so I have just been airing them out overnight and it works just fine. I have used them 2 to 3 times a week for the past six months and it only came apart for the first time today.
