Rated 5 out of 5 by CollegeGuy91 Busy College Student
I'm a Junior in college and I have a busy schedule between classes, homework, and trying to have a social life. For the past two years, I would but gym memberships and just feel guilty if I didn't go. I was never in bad shape. I played sports all through high school so I'm pretty athletic. I've been doing 10 minute trainer for 5 days now and already just feel better about myself overall. Compared to the gym memberships I was paying for this is dirt cheap. I'd definitely recommend this program to any college student that doesn't have the time or money for the gym. The best part is, you get the same results as the gym but in 1/10th of the time and you don't even have to leave your room!

I originally got P90X, as I am a physical guy and ex-bodybuilder.(A little older now) Construction carpenter by trade. Waiting for a myriad of small injuries to go away before I devoted full time to P90X, The time came, and I said to myself,"Maybe I'll break in with 10 Min. Trainer first" "It will be an easy start". !!!!!!WRONG!!!! Condense P90X into 10 minutes and you get it real quick. It took me 16 minutes to do the first one, and two, and three. This is no joke, commercialized walk in the park. If you want results, do this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Running Mama Mom of 2yr-old & baby & running
Love this! I never expected the results I got. I bought it for my husband initially, but used it for myself when I realized I needed a quick way to work out from home with 2 babies. I started by modifying 1 10-minute session and within 4 months of consistent effort, I am the strongest, leanest I have ever been. I was able to start running after baby 2 with no injuries and stronger than ever. Now that I'm 100% in shape (my baby is 10-months-old!), I continue to use 10-minute trainer to cross train with my running. I'm now training for a half-marathon and I continue to use these and integrate the plyometrics as a weekly regimen. Never felt this good! I am 37-years-old and have NEVER felt this strong nor looked this tone--EVER! I recommend it strongly! Don't get frustrated if you can't do everything or have to modify everything. I started with modifying about 8 min and eventually moved to 3 10-minute trainers in a row. Thanks Tony!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by The Doctor Overly Obease & Out of Shap, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!!
I refuse to have weight loss surgery & finding a program to do has been an uphill challenge. The people in these videos make it look so easy; however, if you are out of shape & very over weight this program is not for you, also if you have ankle or knee problems this is not for you. For sure check with a doctor first!!!!! I am going to return it while I still have time!

THANK YOU TONY HORTON
I ordered 10 minute trainer at the suggestion of my wife. After watching the infomercial I was a little skeptical. After just 10 days I am truly amazed at the results. I was in decent shape for a guy 50 years old (5'11" 150 lbs). I'm in better shape now. Can't wait to see the results after 30 - 60 days.
For someone with a busy schedule like mine this system is PERFECT.
THANK YOU Tony Horton

These are fine workouts...they just felt very boring to me. This made them hard for me to come back to. Moved on to more upbeat workouts that I love to do daily.
I did like the trainer track.

I started 10 minuted trainer on Feb 22nd 2012. March 22 2012 was my first "weigh in" I lost 24 pounds and 8.1 inches. Mind you I did diet a lot drank nothing but water and most days I either doubled or tripled my work out. Basically I worked my butt off. I liked it most because any time I had 10 minutes of time I did the program. I am an extremely busy person with a full time job and two small kids.

Rated 2 out of 5 by bel not really for people who just wanna get lean and
i have been doing 10 minute trainer for 3 weeks and i do love the workout. however; i am not someone who needed to loose weight, i just wanted to be more lean and slim so my clothes fit me comfortably, i was more healthy and so i didnt feel jiggly. i am sadened by the fact that the 10 minute trainer has made me bigger, this was not my goal and it irritates me. it has made my hips and waist wider, not slimer and i have gained weight with this workout as well. so now i am going to have to try something different and work harder at reversing these issue. i would recommend this workout, just not to a person of my build. :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by MickeyR from skeptic to believer in first 2 weeks
I am busy just like you...have been trying to re-commit to exercise, and can do so for a while, but just like the rest of us, life gets in the way, and planning for an hour to workout each day, well, it just sometimes doesn't get done. I call myself a yo-yo exreciser lol - get reasonably fit and then work, kids, etc. interrupts the flow, and before you know it I am off the wagon again. So of course I was intrigued by this system, but skeptical, like everyone.
I am here to tell you it WORKS! I think the best thing is that you can customize it to your time. You can at least get in 10 minutes (my famous line when one of my children interrupts is "can it please wait another (look at the counter on the screen) 5 minutes and 32 seconds? (or whatever). Then I have a reasonable stopping point, have a complete workout in, and can address whatever needs to be taken care of. Then, if time allows, I can start again for another 10 minutes. Also, you can squeeze one in late at night, or early morning.
I think it is the segmenting, along with working out every day, that gets the job done, Also the compound moves and the excellent use of the resistance bands - I have never had such a tough workout with bands. But not overly tough, in fact at first, I was skeptical for the first week that I although I enjoyed the workouts, was I REALLY going to see results? But i just do it every day, and...
AFTER 13 DAYS, I felt my clothes were looser so I measured myself and lost 1/2 inch off of each spot - each arm, thigh, waist, hips etc. My shoulders and biceps are popping up, and lats, my thighs and abs are firming. I don't think I will reach my goal in 30 days, I am not being unrealistic, but I will be well on my way. And if you usually have the time, but sometimes get interrupted, then this would be a great supplement/substitute for your regular workout.
Bottom line for me is that it is empowering to know you can get a full workout in EVERY day, even if you have to divide it up, which is something you can't really do with other programs. AND it is FUN and so DOABLE! I was afraid of Tony, thinking he was too tough for me, but he makes it work.
One weird note - lots of people complain about the ads, and I have used this on 2 different types of DVD players one old and one new, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HIT THE MENU BUTTON. You can EASILY skip through that. Maybe these people have different players?
I will review again in 2 weeks...
