I got 10 MT for Christmas because I am going to Hawaii over the summer and wanted to shape up. I'm only 13 years old and i play lacrosse so i am somewhat "fit" so Im not over weight, i wanted to get a good core and nice legs. I've been using it for only 5 days and have already seen results in my abs, they are more defined and my stomach is flatter! I'm trying to get rid of some of the fat out of my inner thighs, that is the hardest part. If you want specific places to target, I woud recomend NOT following the calender. I have been doing abs and lower body everyday with one other workout from the calender, either cardio or uper body. Over all, I have a good feeling that 10 MT will come through and help me alot! I 100% recomend this program to anyone looking to shape up and slim down. If you are more overweight then you may not see immediate results like I did in my abs but it will show over time and you will feel great and refreshed! I wish all of you luck when you try this program!

by Busy Teacher Practical and It Works!
Using 10 MT, I lost 1-2 lbs per week and within 4 months, I had lost nearly 25 lbs. Now 10 months in, I'm down 30 lbs, at my target weight and keeping it off!
My excuses: I'm a teacher ('nuff said, right?), I'm a volunteer with my church, and I don't want to lose time with my husband and family. All those things don't mean you have to sacrifice your health!
Yes, I had to adjust my calorie intake, but I still made all my own food and didn't buy anything beyond the workout dvds and bands.
I feel a million times better and I'm back to a size I haven't been since 10th grade, over 15 years ago.
Go for it!!

I have been using this workout for about 2weeks. I started noticing shrinkage in a bunch of different areas so I got curious about my weight. I lost 5lbs in 10 days. Yes I am dieting as well but compared to dieting alone it is amazing. I am pretty far overweight. These results give me the push I need to not give up. I have a goal of losing a lot of weight and I know I can do it with this video.

Unbelievable to get results this fast. I went from a 1X to a size 12 my normal size in 2 months! Results are fast so it keeps you motivated. I feel great and will use this workout the rest of my life. Unbelievable!

I have used the 10-Minute Trainer for the past two months and look forward to my morning workouts. It's great to be able to work out from home and not fight traffic/hassle to get to the gym. Thanks to Tony I've lost 15 pounds and am feeling great! I have several workout DVD's and this one is by far the best - when you know that it only takes 10 minutes and you're going to be burning those calories, it really gets you motivated to plug in the DVD!

I'm a mother of 3, with a new born I just couldn't find the time to fit a normal fitness routine. With 10 Min. Trainer I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months, exercising 10 min 3 times per day and eating healthy. If I could do it you can too going for an extra 20 lbs.

I'm Russian, live in Singapore, work in China and Germany (on the projects).
I run into the program by an accident, but when I was looking for a fitness program for "frequent travelers".
it is great that one session is only 10 minutes - I can make one in the morning and 1-2 in the evening. I've being doing sports when I was young, but got married, too much office work, too much traveling... too much nice food, blood pressure went up... lost a kidney due to a cancer...
After using the program for 1 week I feel that my muscles getting sore, but not too much that I quit the program. Probably in `1 month I will be doing 3x10 min in the evening!
Now, why am I writing? I think at least for the last 5 years it is possible to buy software on-line, and many software companies were able to reach remote clients thanks to the internet, and decrease the cost of the licenses through this. I think your programs are great, and you need to try to provide it to people who live outside of the US and North America. I think there are many ways to protect your copyrights, and still share your programs with the rest of the world.

My eight year old son and I have only been using Ten Minute Trainer for a week and a half and we are both seeing results. My sister said this is the first time she has seen my waistline since my C-section and two hernia surgeries. This is very exciting for me. I wasn't sure it was possible! My son has shown progress, too. He is a big and tall 8 year old, weighing in at 85 pounds. We did this workout together to keep him in shape in between baseball season and football season. He showed up for football, nimble and quick for a big guy. He's running better and faster than he ever has. After having two great practices, he jokingly said, "Thanks, Tony!"
