Royalty Manager

The Royalty Manager will be responsible for working with the Legal department to compile and maintain royalties, and consulting with the Finance department to administer royalties for all celebrities, talent, producers, and other entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate compilation of a product royalty schedule, making changes and updates as necessary
• Assist with ensuring accurate royalty calculations by collaborating with the Finance department
• Ensure compliance and proper contract administration through the Legal department

• Must have a passion for what you do
• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work within a timeline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of direct marketing industry and/or multilevel marketing industry very helpful
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
