Brand Manager, MarketingThe Brand Manager will lead product strategy, development, and execution across all media vehicles to profitably drive product sales from new and existing customers. Responsibilities- Develop new product launch plans focused on Web site and email promotions to increase demand for new products among existing database
- Maximize brand promotion and ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points: Web site; email; shipment inserts; DVDs; telemarketing; and customer relations
- Manage all aspects of creating, building, deploying, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and testing
- Work closely with print and Web production artists to develop creative for marketing campaigns
- Manage SEM/SEO programs, actively testing and analyzing keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, and positioning to improve ROI and search ranking and to drive volume
- Coordinate all marketing efforts with creative teams, operations, other business units, and customer relations
Snapshot of the Ideal Candidate- 5+ years experience in direct marketing, including database, acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Experience in online consumer marketing, A/B split testing and control methods, leading cross-functional teams, and SEM/SEO programs
- Proven ability to deliver data-driven results, analyses, testing, and application of findings
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and hands-on style balanced with ability to see the big picture
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor's degree from top four-year college or university
- Copywriting experience a plus
